Live Data Diagnostic Consultation
A live data diagnostic session of the vehicle with a live walk-through and explanation.
Ideal for engine management lights, DPF issues, limp mode issues and other dashboard lights, identifying underlying faults you may not be aware of.
Typically the diagnostic also includes other areas of the vehicle such as air conditioning, brakes, etc.
A diagnostic consultation includes:
– Initial code check, documented and emailed to you where relevant.
– Clearing the codes and then monitoring the reappearance of codes/faults and documenting when and in what pattern they reoccur.
– Live data monitoring to look at all available engine data including EGR movement and gas flow, DPF data, injector data, etc. This allows us to diagnose and identify issues where an engine code may not have been logged, e.g. faulty thermostat or failing (but not yet failed) sensor.
⏱️ Typically a minimum of 30 minutes (depending on the complexity of the issues encountered).
🧰 Multiple genuine licensed and up-to-date diagnostics equipment are used. Emailed reports are dependent on the capabilities of the diagnostic tool used for best diagnosis.

Engine Carbon Clean
An IMI Certified and Which? Trusted Traders approved Engine Carbon Clean for combustion engines of any age and mileage.
Get your vehicle diagnosed and then running smooth, quiet, economical and emissions friendly again.
Suitable for all fossil fuel combustion engines whether petrol, diesel, LPG, hybrid or any other hydrocarbon such as methane, etc.
INCLUDES the full diagnostic consultation as detailed above (where applicable).
⏱️ Typically takes a minimum of one hour from arrival to departure (plus 50 minutes for each additional vehicle). Clean length varies depending upon the complexity of the vehicle intake system and the level of buildup present and/or any pre-existing issues with the vehicle.
❗ Prices quoted are for vehicles up to 12-litre engine size – for vehicles/engines over 12 litres in size contact us for scheduling and prices.

Engine Re-Mapping
Engine remapping is when the car’s onboard computer (often called an Electronic Control Unit, or ECU) is modified with new software to affect its behaviour.
From the factory, the vast majority of cars won’t have their engine’s maximum potential performance on offer, Your car’s engine may also be limited slightly to make sure it can deliver a good balance of fuel consumption and outright performance.
Suitable for all fossil fuel combustion engines whether petrol, diesel.
DRAWBACKS: It usually invalidates a car’s warranty.
It can/ is likely to increase your insurance premiums.

DPF Clean
A DPF Clean (Official) performed on the vehicle to clean and flush the DPF.
⏱️ Typically takes a minimum of 90 minutes and up to 3 hours from arrival to departure.
❗ Not all vehicles are suitable for working on at the roadside depending upon the layout of the DPF pipework. Arrangements may need to be made to perform the service at a garage of your choice.
